Zoe is an independent filmmaker based out of the unceded territories of the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh and Musqueam people (Vancouver, BC).

She has a degree in International Relations with a minor in Visual Arts from UBC, and works as a teacher’s assistant at InFocus Film School where she acquired a diploma in film production. Zoe works in all stages of production and specializes in documentary and music video production.
Zoe is dedicated to telling the untold story and is passionate about human rights. Her studies have brought her to the Middle-East where she spent a year researching and documenting the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and her work has since been exhibited at the UBC Hatch Gallery, University of the Fraser Valley and more. Zoe’s work explores the interplay between art and politics and how imagery can be utilized to reach an audience that extends beyond the realm of academia and incline people to think more critically about social and political issues.
Zoe also teaches trauma-informed Yoga at RVN Wellness, a wellness centre that is dedicated to using Yoga as a tool for healing and was previously a sponsored athlete for freestyle skiing.

Madeleine is a documentary filmmaker from Lima, Peru based in Vancouver, B.C.

Madeleine was born and raised in Lima, Peru and moved to Vancouver, BC at the age of 10. She attended Infocus Film School where she acquired a diploma in film production. Madeleine works in all stages of production, and specializes in documentary filmmaking. Madeleine has a passion for working with marginalized communities as her background has led her to connect with interesting individuals in hopes to share their stories to the world.
